Mentor Coaching
Just as elite athletes rely on coaches to refine their performance, coaches depend on mentor coaching to sharpen their abilities.
As defined by the ICF (International Coaching Federation), this collaborative journey provides tailored feedback aligned with the ICF Core Competencies.
By partnering with me in a structured, supportive environment, you will gain the deep reflection and growth needed to elevate your mindset, enhance your skill set, and successfully achieve your ACC, PCC, or MCC credentialing.
How Does ICF Mentor Coaching Work?
Mentor coaching is a structured, evidence-based process designed to enhance your coaching capabilities through three key elements:
-
Observation and Feedback: A mentor coach evaluates your recorded or live coaching sessions, providing targeted insights based on the ICF Core Competencies to help you improve your skills and better serve your clients.
-
Extended Learning Cycle: Spanning a minimum of three months, the process provides ongoing support that allows you to continuously absorb feedback, reflect on your practice, and implement meaningful improvements over time.
-
Competency-Driven Guidance: Mentor coaches utilize their own specialized set of competencies to guide the partnership, ensuring the experience remains structured, supportive, and grounded in professional standards.
