I was born in 1977 in Italy, where I followed all my  studies: from History, Philosophy and ancient languages to Biomedical Engineering.

After a short working experience in the country, I moved to Maastricht (the Netherlands) and then to Morges (Switzerland) where I currently live. In Switzerland I also obtained my Executive Master in Business Administration (EMBA).

​

The link among all the activities in my life has been people and their culture, the desire to help them in different ways and to see their potential blooming. 

 

While working in the Corporate world I discovered my passion for training and coaching: I subsequently followed different courses and obtained several certifications. 

​

My experience goes from passionately leading teams, both in person and remotely, to supporting individuals and training groups. The aim is always to make sure my support helps people to develop and get better at what they are doing. 

  

I cooperate as trainer for the Conference Universitaire de la Suisse Occidentale (CUSO) and the University of Lausanne (UNIL) and as a speaker and moderator in different international events.

Certified Professional Coach (PCC) by the International Coach Federation (ICF), I am part of the training team at IDC (Institut de Coaching SA) and I am part of the ICF Mentor Group.

​

I am working also as a Marketing and Sales Consultant for different Biomedical Companies,  as a Career Coach in Lee Hecht Harrison and as Career Advisor at the University of St. Gallen - MBA program.
